Maria B is Pakistan’s most diverse designer fashion brand with an extensive retail network of 35 outlets comprising of both standalone and mall in 12 different cities across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
· Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and analysis.
· Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, revenue/ cost analysis, and market/industry trends.
· Optimize working capital management and cash flow to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
· Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive long-term value creation.
· Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance.
· Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the retail industry.
· Ensure financial procedures and systems are in place and are regularly updated to meet current and future business needs.
· Identify and mitigate financial risks.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for our Business and personal investments
· Analyze complex financial data and provide timely recommendations to the executive team
· Lead the development and implementation of live dashboards to provide real-time insights into business performance

Education, skills and experience requirements:
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA / CA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA).
· Proven experience as a CFO or relevant role in a comparable industry.
· Strong knowledge of financial modelling.
· Ability to strategize and solve problems
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
