𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Masters in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 20 years (5 years on Managerial Level)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad
> The CEO will oversee the management of the company’s Real Estate portfolio.
> Commercial development of the real estate.
> Real Estate Construction & Litigations.
> Contract Management & Feasibilities.
> Financial Evaluations & Due diligence of the projects.
> The CEO will provide strategic and operational guidance and assistance to the Board to discharge their oversight responsibilities.
