>15+ years in compliance within financial services, with a focus on digital banking.
>Strong understanding of digital banking products and services.
>Expertise in designing compliance monitoring systems and mitigating compliance risks.
>Proficiency in regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, cybersecurity, etc.).
>Certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent are highly desirable.
