Description:

Tufail Multichem Industries Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Chemist to join our Port Qasim Plant, Karachi. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring quality control and operational efficiency through rigorous testing, analysis, and collaboration with key teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔬 Conduct testing of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, storage and batch samples, water, and other materials.
⚙️ Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
🧪 Oversee sampling and inspection during operational processes.
✅ Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and 5S methodology.
📑 Prepare audit documentation for ISO 9001-2015, EFFCI, SMETA (SEDEX), and GOTS compliance.
🤝 Coordinate with Production and Material Management (MM) teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

🎓 BSc/MSc in Analytical Chemistry or a related field
🧑‍🔬 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)
