Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive at DealCart in Karāchi. The Chat Support Executive will be the frontline representative, interacting with our valued customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, providing support to our customers around the clock.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
