Chat Support Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive in Karachi who has 1-2 years of experience in handling U.S. market operations. This position involves working in a hybrid night shift from 7 PM to 3 AM, providing excellent customer service and efficient order tracking. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen understanding of customer management, and the ability to ensure smooth delivery operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Order processing and tracking: Managing and ensuring accurate updates and communication regarding customer orders.
  • Providing accurate pricing and delivery information to clients in the U.S. market.
  • Communicating effectively in English (both written and verbal), as you'll be working with clients from the U.S. daily.
  • Customer management: Ensuring clients are well-informed and satisfied with their orders, addressing any issues they may encounter.
  • A background in the courier and delivery industry is highly preferred to help understand the specifics of the delivery process.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in chat support for the U.S. market.
  • 100% proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of order tracking and customer management.
  • Previous experience in the courier and delivery industry is a plus.
