Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with potential clients via chat on multiple platforms, answering inquiries and providing information about our graphics services

* Build and maintain client relationships through friendly, effective communication, ensuring a positive client experience

* Identify client needs and promote suitable graphic design solutions offered by Design Matrixx

Requirements:

* Strong English writing, chat, and conversational skills

* Familiarity with multiple online communities

* Night shift availability (9 PM to 6 AM)

* Preference for experienced candidates but freshers are also encouraged to apply!
