Character Designer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Character Designer. The Character Designer will be responsible for creating and designing characters for cartoons, concept art, video games and animation. The designer will work closely with the project managers and animation team to create and develop characters that match the project briefs and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various projects such as branding, packaging, web design, and marketing materials.

• Create sketches, storyboards, and rough drafts to visualize design concepts and effectively communicate ideas to clients and team members.

• Develop final designs using various design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the team is always producing cutting-edge design work.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Cartoons, Character Designs and Concept Art.
• Video Games and Animation experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability.
• Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to bring new ideas to life.
• Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software is required.
• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software is a plus
