Ideate Growth is seeking a Character Artist & Comic Illustrator with a strong artistic vision and a passion for storytelling. This role requires expertise in character design, comic illustration, and visual storytelling to create engaging and expressive artwork for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Character Design:
✔ Create original, unique, and expressive characters that align with the project’s vision.
✔ Develop diverse character styles to suit different genres and audiences.

📖 Comic Illustration & Storytelling:
✔ Design engaging comic panels with strong visual flow and storytelling impact.
✔ Collaborate with writers and creative teams to bring scripts and ideas to life.
✔ Ensure consistent character designs, style, and tone across projects.
✔ Revise and refine illustrations based on feedback to align with project goals.

⏳ Project Execution & Time Management:
✔ Meet deadlines for character concepts and comic production.
✔ Adapt to various artistic styles as per project needs.

Requirements:

✔ Experience: Minimum 2 years in character design and comic illustration.
✔ Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in character creation and comic storytelling.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, or similar digital illustration tools.
✔ Creative & Artistic Skills: Ability to adapt artistic styles, compose dynamic illustrations, and maintain storytelling coherence.
✔ Collaboration Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities to work with writers and project managers.

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Experience illustrating for specific genres (e.g., fantasy, sci-fi, children’s comics).
✅ Knowledge of comic layout techniques (pacing, framing, perspective).
✅ Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
✅ Familiarity with digital comic creation platforms.
