Analyze, plan and facilitate all changes across the enterprise
Ensure that changes are conducted in accordance with company standards and department SLAs and take necessary corrective measures where required
Responsible for screening all logged change requests and taking necessary action based on the specifications of the change
Managing projects of varying complexities and scope
Coordinating with multiple teams across the enterprise to gain insights on the nature of the change and plan it efficiently providing a social with the least/no impact to revenue
Handling administrative tasks on the change management database server while regularly monitoring it to ensure functionality
Moderating the Ibex Weekly Change Review Call
Designing custom reports in accordance with business requirements
Ensuring on call availability during department non business hours
Will be working in accordance with Eastern Standard Time Zone
