• Monitor live CCTV footage to ensure safety and security of company assets.
• Respond promptly to suspicious activities or security breaches and report them.
• Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruption to daily operations.
• Provide remote and on-site support for resolving issues across multiple locations in Karachi.
• Ensure stable and secure network connections by coordinating with internet service providers.
• Regularly maintain routers, switches, and other network devices for seamless connectivity.
• Keep an updated inventory of IT hardware and ensure timely upgrades.
• Oversee installation and configuration of new CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Offer remote support to employees across locations to address IT issues efficiently.
• Assist in setting up computers, networks, and other IT systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail fashion industry is required.
• Expertise in CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, and IT hardware/software.
• Strong knowledge of networking, internet troubleshooting, and security protocols.
