Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Installer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and management of CCTV systems for our clients. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems for clients.

Conduct site surveys to determine optimal equipment placement.

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on existing CCTV systems.

Provide training to clients on system operation and maintenance.

Manage inventory of CCTV equipment and accessories.

Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and client requirements.

Prepare and maintain detailed installation and service reports.

Coordinate with clients to schedule installations and maintenance visits.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CCTV installer or similar role.

Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems and components.

Familiarity with networking and cabling for CCTV installations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Relevant certifications or training in CCTV installation and maintenance is a plus.
