Education:- Bachelor’s degree in a similar field
Experience:- 3 to 4 years of experience in a same field

Job Description:-
- Coordination with retail, warehouse & logistic department.
- Plan discount proposal for campaigns.
- Distribution & Inventory management.
- Work with support teams to ensure accurate order information.
- Build market/retailer network to maintain trend and product awareness.
- Annual product planning season wise.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management.
- Ensure distribution strategy (New/Existing).
- Develop plans and priorities for the team to ensure activities are focused on achieving department goals.
- Manage category resources, ensuring organizational efficiency through appropriate motivation, training, and development of direct reports.
