Cashier

Description:

Raaziq is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Cashier to manage day-to-day transactions efficiently and accurately. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent checkout experience, ensuring proper handling of payments, and supporting promotional efforts through cross-selling and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions using cash registers with precision and efficiency.

• Scan goods and verify the accuracy of pricing.

• Collect payments via cash or credit card.

• Issue receipts, refunds, change, and promotional tickets as needed.

• Process and redeem customer coupons and stamps.

• Cross-sell products and keep customers informed about new arrivals and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation required.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in retail or cashiering.

• Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
