Fresh Basket is seeking experienced Cashiers to join our team at the Clifton Branch, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supermarkets and possess excellent customer service and cash-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Point of Sale Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling transactions efficiently.
• Operate cash registers and process payments via cash, credit, and debit cards.

✅ Product Knowledge & Assistance:

• Familiarize yourself with a wide range of supermarket products to assist customers.
• Make product recommendations based on customer inquiries.

✅ Cash Handling & Management:

• Ensure accurate handling and recording of cash and card transactions.
• Process returns and exchanges following store policies.

✅ Workplace Maintenance & Customer Engagement:

• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.

✅ Basic Excel Formulas:

• Use basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, and MAX to calculate totals and averages quickly.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification or higher.

💼 Experience:

• Previous experience in supermarkets is required.

📊 Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong numerical skills for cash handling.
• Ability to operate POS systems and registers.
• Customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills.
