We are looking for a highly skilled Campaign Manager who will be responsible for running performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads while also designing his/her own ad creatives and social media content.
This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with strong creative skills who can manage end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and brand growth in the travel industry.
🚀 Job Responsibilities
✅ Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
✅ Design high-converting ad creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or any preferred design tool.
✅ Create and manage social media post designs for organic and paid promotions.
✅ Optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and ROI.
✅ Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
✅ Analyze ad performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
✅ Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum results with allocated spend.
✅ Stay updated with the latest travel marketing trends and ad platform updates.
🛠Requirements & Skills
🔹 Proven experience in managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
🔹 Strong design skills – ability to create high-quality ad creatives and social media posts.
🔹 Experience in the travel industry (tourism, hospitality, or OTA marketing is a plus).
🔹 Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
🔹 Deep understanding of audience targeting, ad bidding, and funnel strategies.
🔹 Experience with A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and conversion tracking.
