Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a team of Call Center Agent to achieve performance targets and goals.
· Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance team members' skills and performance.
· Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the team.
· Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficient in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
· Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance.
· Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· A commitment to providing excellent service.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
