·        Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.

·        Assist customers in tracking orders, resolving delivery concerns, and providing product information.

·        Act as a liaison between customers and our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.

·        Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.

·        Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment.

·        Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

·        Familiarity with high-end deals and luxury products is a plus.

·        Ability to multitask, prioritises, and works in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

·        A problem-solving attitude with the ability to think on your feet.

·        Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
