Call Center Sales Lead With Banking Experience

MindZBASE is seeking a full-time Call Center Sales Lead With Banking Experience for their on-site location in Islamabad. In this role, the Sales Lead will be responsible for leading the team of Sales Representatives and coordinating and directing the sales of banking products and services in the call center. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase sales, and ensuring that the Sales Representatives achieve their targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience running a Call center operations in the Banking industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of experience in sales, in the banking or financial industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software applications
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Fluency in English and Urdu, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus
• Banking experience is required.
