Are you an energetic communicator with a knack for problem-solving? We’re hiring 3 Call Center Representatives with 2-3 years of experience who will handle outbound calls, connect with potential clients, and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls for lead generation and qualify leads through live transfers
  • Communicate effectively to understand client needs and address inquiries
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead quality
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize the lead transfer process

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Call Center Representative or in a related role
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work night shifts (9 PM - 5 AM)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • High motivation and resilience to meet targets consistently
