We're seeking a talented and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our team at Intel Digital in Lahore. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and making a real impact on their day. Responsibilities :

● Answer customer calls with a smile (even if they can't see it!).

● Listen actively and empathetically to understand their needs.

● Resolve issues with patience and creativity.

● Provide helpful information and solutions that exceed expectations.

● Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

What We're Looking For:

● Fluent in spoken English with minimal accent issues (Highest Priority).

● At Least 2 years of experience in the healthcare domain preferred experience(highest priority)

● A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.

● A high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred). ● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
