Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to work with several software tools
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year or more experience working as a Call Center Representative preferred
  • Proficient in English and Urdu. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
