Description:
We are seeking a Medicare Agent to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. As a Medicare Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance related to healthcare services. The ideal candidate should have up to 3 months of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding Medicare services.
Provide accurate and helpful information to customer inquiries about healthcare plans, coverage, and benefits.
Assist customers in understanding the Medicare enrollment process and eligibility criteria.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately in the database.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
Up to 3 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM to 5:00 AM) at our Rawalpindi office.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases.
Knowledge of Medicare programs and regulations is a plus.
