A Call Representative takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about dispatch services offers.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

2. Following the company communication“scripts” when handling different topics.

3. Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

4. Seize opportunities and explain about our services when they arise. arise.

5. Keep records of all conversations in our company database in a comprehensible way.

6. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Previous experience in a customer support role

2. Track record of over-achieving quota

3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

5. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

6. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
