Call Center Project Manager

IdeasUnlimited, is a Global BPO (call center) that has been in business since 2010. We are currently looking for a Call Center Project Manager to manage our long-term campaigns. We offer stable WFH positions to professionals who are looking for long-term careers in this industry.

 

JOB DUTIES:

1) Call center projects planning, tracking and monitoring.

2) Call center workers feedback management.

3) Client relationship management.

4) Project document management.

5) Quality assurance.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) Excellent fluency in the English language.

2) One (01) to three (03) years of project management, sales or similar experience.

3) One (01) to three (03) years of experience in the call center or staffing industry.

4) Excellent client-facing, negotiations and internal personal skills.

5) Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

6) Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
