Call-center Officer

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound Calls

Ø Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly

Ø Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions

Ø Flexible to work in different shifts (24/7)

 

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's, preferably Master’s in any discipline / IFMP Certification is preferable

Experience: Fresh or up to 1 year, Preferably Financial / Mutual funds industry

 

Skill Required:

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent customer service/ negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office
  • Ability to learn about products and services
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
