Call Center Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

Cross Notch BPO is expanding its team and looking for both Junior and Senior Customer Service Representatives to join our Medicare campaign. This role involves conducting outbound calls, providing clients with Medicare information, addressing inquiries, and working towards sales targets. Successful candidates will be motivated, customer-focused, and able to perform in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential Medicare clients and engage them with relevant information.
  • Clearly explain Medicare options and answer any questions.
  • Build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets and sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Junior CSR:
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Senior CSR:
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and client management.
  • Leadership skills are an advantage for potential growth into supervisory roles.
