Nexus Technology Services is hiring motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with sales experience and strong communication skills in Urdu, looking for career advancement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products and services.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective communication and persuasion.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques and customer handling skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience and outbound calling experience (Freshers can apply).

  • Strong communication skills in Urdu (spoken and written).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
