As a Customer Service Representative at Always Quote, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive customer support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
