Description:

Nettech (Pvt) Ltd, a UK based IT company established since 22 years requires experienced inbound cab controller for our UK based client. Handsome salary package would be offered. Candidate must have to do the followings:

• The Primary objective is to answer phone calls and take bookings for journeys.
• Ensuring that journeys are dispatched on time.
• Dealing with customers and drivers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Speak and understand British accent.
• Coordinate and report to UK staff and managers.
• Able to work in Morning, Evening & Night shifts (Rotating shifts)
• Candidate must have relevant experience as UK Cab Controller.
• Experience of Cab Controller Software.
• Experience of Controlling/ dispatching of Taxi/ minicab
• Must possess flawless telephone manners, excellent English speaking and listening skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Reliable and Punctual
• Excellent communication skills (British Accent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
