M&J Shipping Line is one of the leading NVOCC in Pakistan with inventory across the globe. M&J is looking for an MTO-Business Development.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively identify potential customers in the industry.

• Evaluate and validate leads to ensure alignment with the target customer profile.
• Initiate personalized communication via phone, email, and other channels to engage qualified leads.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with promising prospects.
• Maintain a structured follow-up process to nurture leads, address objections, and guide them through the conversion journey.
• Participate actively in team meetings, provide regular reports on lead qualifications and conversions, and work diligently to exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Qualification & Experience requirements:

• Graduation is compulsory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
• Fresher or 1-year experience.
• Knowledge of the freight forwarding and logistics industry is highly beneficial.
