Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) looking for a “#Business #Development #Executive – USA Market” for its Power Business.

The ideal candidate should have Business Development experience in the USA market preferably in the Utilities Business.

Here is the brief JD:
1. Provide leadership in Sales, Channels and coordinate in business planning./
2. Prepare a business plan with clear growth targets and key actions required.
3. Explore new business opportunities and execute plans to enhance the company’s market share and maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve Sales Objectives, Targets / Volume & Value, and optimize the deployed human resources by engaging the best talent, and providing the required training and motivation.
5. Expand the international business by identifying new coverage areas.
6. Implement Organization’s Sales Policies, monitor Company’s Market Share, and intervene proactively wherever improvements are required
