Job Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for a lead role to take care of marketing operations for one of the Business Units covering International markets. Following are the areas of responsibility:
- Sales Management: Setting Sales targets based on market information, historical trend and business expansion plans of the company.
- Planning marketing activities in coordination with the respective countries to achieve sales target and ensuring smooth implementation of the same.
- Development of marketing budgets in line with sales targets and monthly review of the same.
- Spearheading the process of new products’ launches from time to time in line with company’s objectives.
- Inventory management to help support sales and expansion plans of the company at respective countries.
- Develop and implement effective incentive policies for the field force to help achieve sales targets.
- Key performance Indicators management of the assigned countries.
- Facilitating and coordinating with the regulatory department for registration of new products.
- Competitive analysis on periodic basis and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Pricing analysis on frequent intervals and taking timely actions in adjusting the products’ prices accordingly.
- Market visit of the assigned territories to get first hand knowledge, implement strategies and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Overall responsibility to help Business Unit flourish in terms of market development and product development.
