Description:
We seek a highly motivated Business Strategist in an early-level position to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability across the organization. You will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making
- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and investments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 1+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively and strategically
