Description:
This role is responsible for overseeing and improves organizational processes by developing optimization changes to the business processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities:
1) Conduct time-motion studies and other research studies to identify gaps in existing processes and policies.
2) Standardization of processes, facilities, and other resources to enhance quality of service and productivity.
3) Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with staff and senior leadership to accomplish project objectives.
4) Preparation of SOPs, Addendum, and other guidelines for operational affairs.
5) Developing and maintaining documentation for new and revised processes.
6) Assist in developing training materials for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Software/Industrial Engineering and/or Master’s in supply chain
