Business Operations Associate

 

Description:

We’re looking for an HR & Administrative Operations Associate to help our team stay organized, supported, and happy. Based in Islamabad, this full-time role is about ensuring our team has what they need to thrive. You’ll handle day-to-day HR tasks, keep our records and schedules in order, and pitch in on various admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.

 

This role is a great fit if you’re detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and love helping people. Experience in finance or marketing would be a plus, as it could come in handy for projects and supporting other teams!

 

What You’ll Do

  • Help with HR tasks like recruiting, onboarding, performance management and training, record keeping, etc.
  • Keep the office life organized—manage schedules, order supplies, and handle other general admin duties
  • Help enforce company policies and assist with rolling out new ones
  • Track data and prepare reports to help us see how we’re doing
  • Be the point of contact for team questions and keep communication flowing
  • Support with basic finance tasks like organizing records
  • Lend a hand to the marketing team when needed

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or something similar
  • Experience with HR and admin tasks
  • Great communication skills and the ability to make everyone feel welcome
  • An eye for detail and strong organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Bonus: Some knowledge of marketing would be great
