Job Role
The Manager of Business Operations and Accounts will be tasked with overseeing various facets of our business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the accuracy of all financial records and managing accounts.
- Creating and managing tender documents.
- Supervising daily operations and making crucial business decisions.
- Implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Setting comprehensive performance and growth goals.
- Collaborating closely with the Managing Director to ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting activities.
- Managing the payables cycle.
- Overseeing cash and payroll management.
- Conducting AP and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly close schedule.
- Creating bidding documents.
Qualifications
- An MBA degree is required, preferably with a concentration in Finance or Operations.
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- A strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving.
- 2 - 5 years experience in accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
