Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to achieve favorable terms and conditions for Ashwheelz.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform negotiation tactics and business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth negotiations and long-term partnerships.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Negotiator, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and negotiation software/tools.
