Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform negotiation tactics and business decisions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth negotiations and long-term partnerships.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Negotiator, Sales Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and negotiation software/tools.
