Business Manager

 

Description:

PayPro is a leading fintech company in the payments space. We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Business Managers, to join our team in Lahore.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Aid PayPro in expanding business and market share across Pakistan in the payments facilitation space, expanding the portfolio and increasing wallet size.
  • Make calls and setup meetings and generate new business leads.
  • Build sales pipeline in the SME/Corporate segments.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Perform market research to identify new market opportunities and engage with senior executives to establish business relationships.
  • Should have the ability to evaluate opportunities in different business segments and find new routes to market PayPro payment solutions.
  • Create and improve business proposals for new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Expanding business portfolios with track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates.
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Should have the ability and attitude to adapt to a changing environment & learn new tasks quickly and take new initiatives.
  • Must be detail oriented and have a no compromise attitude.
  • Relevant technical sales and corporate banking experience will be an advantage
  • Candidates from technology sales & the financial sector would be preferred.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates.
  • Proven Negotiation Skills and Closing Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise strategic sales goals.
  • Proficient with MS Office for reports/presentations/updates.
  • Identify opportunities for growth.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
  • Relevant and Technical Sales Experience will be an advantage.
  • Candidates from technology sales & the financial sector would be preferred.
