PayPro is a leading fintech company in the payments space. We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Business Managers, to join our team in Lahore.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Aid PayPro in expanding business and market share across Pakistan in the payments facilitation space, expanding the portfolio and increasing wallet size.
- Make calls and setup meetings and generate new business leads.
- Build sales pipeline in the SME/Corporate segments.
- Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Perform market research to identify new market opportunities and engage with senior executives to establish business relationships.
- Should have the ability to evaluate opportunities in different business segments and find new routes to market PayPro payment solutions.
- Create and improve business proposals for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.

- Expanding business portfolios with track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates.
- Proven negotiation skills
- Should have the ability and attitude to adapt to a changing environment & learn new tasks quickly and take new initiatives.
- Must be detail oriented and have a no compromise attitude.
- Relevant technical sales and corporate banking experience will be an advantage
- Candidates from technology sales & the financial sector would be preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- Track record of working with diverse sectors in Pakistan with SME/Corporates.
- Proven Negotiation Skills and Closing Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and devise strategic sales goals.
- Proficient with MS Office for reports/presentations/updates.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
- Relevant and Technical Sales Experience will be an advantage.
- Candidates from technology sales & the financial sector would be preferred.
