As Business Manager at BioMadics, you will be a driving force behind our sales success in the Karachi and others regions. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your leadership and expertise in the diagnostic industry will be crucial in propelling our growth and solidifying our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives and regional market dynamics.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and customer acquisition costs.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across departments to drive overall business success.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving sales goals.
Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and input from the sales team.
Work with leadership to set realistic and challenging sales targets for the region. Contribute to the development and management of the sales budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the IVD market.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and competitor intelligence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the diagnostics IVD industry as sales / marketing (for Business Manager).
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in sales data analysis.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
