Description:
Business manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating various activities within an organisation to ensure its efficient and profitable operation. They work closely with senior management and department heads to develop and implement strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the organisation's short-term and long-term strategic plans. This may involve market research, identifying growth opportunities, and setting performance metrics.
2. Financial Management:
Manage the organisation's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure cost-effective operations and financial sustainability.
3. Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead teams or departments within our organisation, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
4. Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify process improvements and optimize workflows to achieve operational excellence.
5. Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project and operational needs. Ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
6. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks to our organization and develop strategies to mitigate them. This may involve creating contingency plans and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
7. Stakeholder Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to support business growth and maintain a positive reputation.
8. Performance Monitoring:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
