Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business growth.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support decision-making across departments.

Work closely with senior management to define business intelligence strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Lead the development and implementation of BI tools and systems to enhance data collection and analysis.

Support investment and operational teams with data-backed insights to optimize project performance.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and real estate markets.

What we’re looking For:

6+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, operations management, or similar roles.

Proven experience in streamlining processes and implementing control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Strong expertise in organizing and analyzing key business data to provide actionable insights.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in presenting to senior leadership and the Board.

Superior problem-solving abilities and a proactive, research-driven approach.

Sector experience is not mandatory but will be considered a valuable asset.
