Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Developer with expertise in handling freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms, as well as generating business through social media. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in generating leads, bidding on projects, and securing business for services including web and mobile development, AI and data science solutions, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
- Generate new business opportunities through social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others
- Promote and sell xLyncs Technologies’ services including web and mobile development, AI and data science solutions, UI/UX design, branding, logo design, product design, and digital marketing
- Build long-term relationships with clients from freelancing and social media platforms
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Manage and update client information, proposals, and contracts
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay updated with platform trends, market demands, and competitors
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience working on freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development, AI and data science solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic understanding of project management and client requirements
