We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at DOT LABS. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and generating new business opportunities for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying market trends and opportunities.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

· Utilize freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and remote job websites to discover and secure relevant business opportunities.

· Identify and assess potential leads to generate new business prospects.

· Perform market research to pinpoint potential target industries and companies.

· Demonstrate expertise in bidding for various IT service areas (such as Data Engineering, Software Development, Mobile App Development, etc.). Create and deliver customized proposals and presentations to promote our products and services.

· Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships through consistent communication and interaction. Possess the ability to formulate Business

· Growth & Development Strategies. Identify market trends, gaps, and niches.

· Monitor and report sales performance regularly, providing updates to the team.

· 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

· Experience 2-3 years.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the IT outsourcing industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

· Knowledge of market research techniques and tool

· Passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
