TechPrysm, a fast-growing software development company, is looking for a passionate Business Growth Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating new sales leads, researching client needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design targeted strategies, while also building and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
  • Client Needs Research & Presentation: Understand client needs and effectively present customized solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement targeted business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year experience in business development (preferably in the IT sector).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills.
