Job Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting sales, and establishing methodologies along with team to ensure timely accomplishment of sales targets.
  • Having Hands-on Experience with freelancing platforms.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Lead presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions in addressing their business challenges.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.
  • Working closely with technical staff and colleagues to respond to customer queries. Also, keeping track and recording existing accounts to help close the deals and hence meet sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Developing proposals and pitching them to clients where their needs, concerns, and objectives are catered properly.
  • Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, achieving sales targets, and proactively creating new sales leads/opportunities.
  • Handling high-value sales, addressing minor details, and identifying areas of improvement in customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
