Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced International Pharmaceutical Business Development Specialist to help us expand our business globally. This full-time role involves on-site work here in the Karachi Division, collaborating with the team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to approach potential clients and maximize profitability for the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare business development, with solid knowledge of current market trends, regulations, and compliance standards
• Proven track record in building successful business relationships with clients in different regions and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
• Able to work independently, and as part of a team, with a strong sense of customer orientation
• Fluency in English, with additional languages considered advantageous
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required
