We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Personnel to join our team at our onsite location on Davis Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience and a proven track record in business development, with expertise in freelance platforms, staff augmentation, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve company sales targets.

2. Freelance Platforms: Utilize freelance platforms to identify and engage with potential clients and freelancers.

3. Staff Augmentation: Develop and implement strategies for staff augmentation services, fostering client relationships and meeting project requirements.

4. LinkedIn Engagement and Sales Navigation: Leverage LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.

5. Email Marketing: Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to generate leads and maintain client engagement.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

8. Proposal Writing: Prepare and submit compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase the company's capabilities.

9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on freelance platforms, staff augmentation, LinkedIn, and email marketing.

3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

6. Familiarity with the IT industry and staffing solutions.

7. Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
