Description:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced B2C Business Development Specialist to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts in the dynamic digital marketing, e-commerce, and IT services sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully acquiring B2C clients, demonstrate expertise in leveraging various online marketing channels, and exhibit exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Additionally, some graphic designing proficiency using tools like Canva is desirable.
Responsibilities
a. Proactively harness the power of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), and other online channels to generate high-quality B2C leads.
b. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, stay ahead of digital marketing trends, and uncover untapped market segments.
2. Sales Strategy:
a. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales strategy, incorporating advanced techniques from online marketing and tailored to our target audience.
b. Analyze customer behaviors and utilize digital insights to continually optimize and adapt sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
3. Marketing Initiatives:
a. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement data-driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.
b. Leverage social media channels and other online platforms for precise targeting and personalized B2C engagement, fostering brand loyalty and driving conversions.
c.Utilize graphic designing skills to create compelling ad creatives for posting and client interaction, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand identity.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closing:
a. Employ advanced negotiation techniques, supported by insights from social media analytics and online marketing data, to secure favorable deals and achieve sales targets.
b. Exceed sales targets through innovative strategies aligned with the latest digital marketing trends, ensuring consistent growth and expansion in the B2C segment.
5. Client Relationship Management:
a. Utilize CRM tools and online platforms for effective client relationship management, ensuring personalized and engaging interactions that foster long-term partnerships.
b. Address client inquiries promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, contributing to positive brand reputation and customer retention.
Skills and Qualifications
a. Proven experience in B2C business development, with a demonstrated track record of acquiring clients for digital marketing, e-commerce, and IT solutions.

d. Some experience in graphic designing using tools like Canva, allowing for the creation of compelling visual content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
e. Strong analytical skills for interpreting data from digital platforms, extracting valuable insights, and making strategic decisions to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
f. Expertise in utilizing various social media channels for effective B2C lead generation, including audience targeting, campaign management, and analytics.

Education and Experience
a. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in business principles and marketing strategies.
b. Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in B2C business development with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and IT services, showcasing a proven track record of success.
