Responsibilities
As a Business Development Specialist at HHD Software, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for bringing leads, driving campaigns, leading a team, and achieving outstanding results in terms of business. You will lead by example, utilizing your expertise in marketing, lead generation, and team leadership to drive the company's growth. This role combines hands-on marketing responsibilities with leadership and mentorship responsibilities. Your key duties will include:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to meet and exceed our business expectations while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Hands-On Marketing: Actively engage in marketing activities, including lead generation, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Spearhead the generation of high-quality leads for our digital marketing and custom software development services.
- Training and Development: Provide hands-on training to team members on lead generation tools, marketing tactics, and best practices. Foster continuous learning and skill development within the team.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training, along with working by yourself with the team to ensure they achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of business marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, Email marketing, and more.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze marketing data and metrics to make informed decisions, continuously improving campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to financial targets.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Education: Master's in business-related subjects and relevant degree
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, team training, and client acquisition, preferably in the North American market, with a track record of successful lead generation campaigns and team leadership.
